Letters patent under Exchequer Seal, to Richard de Smetheton and William de Barmesby. Sir Robert de Breton was attached to come before the Barons of the Exchequer at Westminster a week after St Hilary to answer to the King for 200 sheep late of Hugh de Despenser, late Earl of Winchester at Dunington, Leics. Inquisition to make its return at the Exchequer at Westminster, 15 days after Easter. Witnessed by R de Sadyngton. Dated at Westminster. By Memoranda Roll, 17 Edw III, Hilary Recorda.
