Description

Letters patent appointing the King's clerk Richard de Ravenser, to claim and receive all the farms, rents, etc of all the castles, manors, etc in England and Wales, that belonged to the late Queen Isabella, the King's mother, for 1 year from 1 October 1336, in accordance with letters patent for the Queen made that day (see Calendar of Patent Rolls, 1334-1338, p 319) and to claim and receive all arrears, etc to the performance of the Queen's will, and to administer the same by the view of John atte Lee, late Steward of the Queen's Household; to make acquittance and to audit the accounts of the bailiffs, etc. By King. Dated at Westminster.
