These minutes and notices were produced concurrently for many years but the distinction between the two series is not apparent.
The minutes for 1902-1954 are arranged chronologically in volumes of 200. Notices for the period 1938-1949 are arranged in date order. From 1950 to March 1964 they are arranged in numerical sequence and from April 1964 to 1992 in numerical sequence by year.
