Folios 75-97: Lord Palmerston: Schleswig Holstein conference: protocolist should be an Englishman; approval to Lord Clarendon's preliminary visit to Paris; adverse opinion on J.R's letter to Baron Brunnow; we should make strong representation at Berlin about violations of the armistice. Correspondence between J.R. and Clarendon: Brunnow does not like draft of peace preliminaries and P. agrees with him. Draft amended articles.
