Folio 87: J. B. Parker to Duke of Newcastle. Submits his latest account for disbursements, totalling £394, which he has drawn in favour of Arthur Stert, as usual. Henceforward no charge for maintaining any spies at Ferrol, but this will not prevent him from receiving `constant and certain advice of all that occurs in those parts.'.
