Description

Folio 180: H. Lee to [Sir R. Winwood]. Shipping and naval news. Is in a parlous financial plight, as he still has great difficulty in getting the arrears of salary due to him from the local English merchants, despite the categorical terms of his Crown patent of 23 June 1613.
