Description

Declaration of the trust (see PRO 30/24/46B, 94) Lord Ashley and Sir Thomas Chichley jointly to supply the requisite funds, and to be first repaid out of the profits. One moiety of the remaining profits to go to the Prince, and the other to be equally divided between Lord Ashley and Sir Thomas Chichley. Signed by Prince Rupert, Lord Ashley, and all the parties concerned
