Folio 42: Wich to Carteret. Draught of treaty awaited this week but delay due to Czarina going on pilgrinage fo Troitza. de la Chetardie accompanies her although he had his audience of leave yesterday. On his departure he will receive particular marks of Czarina'sgenerosity and all the reason to be pleased with his treatment here but not so much reason to be satisfied with his negotiation. News from Count Golovkin in St Petersburg that Russian fleet have blocked the Swedish fleet up at Helsingfors. Dated Moscow, 26 July 1742.
