Agreement and two maps showing an exchange of land for the establishment of a cattle and horse market in St Giles, All Saints, St Peter, St Sepulchre (parish), Northampton, Northamptonshire. Map on two sheets covering the exchanged area only (20 acres) and showing the land after exchange. One map is titled 'new cattle and horse markets and fairs'.
