Description

Short Title: Hunt v Etherington.

Plaintiff(s): William Hunt, John Howarth.

Defendant(s): Sir Henry Etherington, bart, the Dean and Chapter of the Cathedral Church of Durham, Thomas Gadsby esq.

Depositions for: Plaintiffs and Defendants.

Subject of Depositions: The rectory impropriate and parish of Fishlake, the manor or lordship of Hatfield", "a place called Thorne", the parish of Hatfield, and the commons or wastes belonging, etc; metes and bounds; tithes.

County: Yorkshire.

Taken at: Doncaster.
