Attorney general v. Richard Collier and Richard Keate. The manor and parsonage of Canford. Assignment thereof by John Collier to Robert Arnold, upon whose decease his brother, Richard Arnold, as administrator of his goods and chattels, sold it to RichardCollier. Whether this last conveyance was made upon trust to the use of John Collier, and whether the latter was at that time a recusant? The farm of Armeswell, which had also belonged to the said Robert Arnold, was left by him to Alice, his wife, and his children. Dors.
