Richard Hutton v. Mabel Vauxe and others. The manor of Catterlen and other lands, late the inheritance of William Vauxe, attainted of murder. Lease thereof granted by the queen to Mary Carlell, widow of Christopher Carlell, and her two children for theirlives; purchase of their interest by the plaintiff. Cumb.
