Hugh Sexey v. Richard Tovye. A fair for the sale of linen cloth held on 27 April, in the inn called The George, in the town of Phillips Norton. A charge for storage, etc, made by the tenants of the inn; a toll levied by the bailiff of the said town, those persons having "charters of franchise" - the citizens of Bristol, the inhabitants of Trowbridge and others - being exempt therefrom.
