[Henry Cheney, the elder, and Roger Horton v. Mr Bullstrode, late high sheriff of Buckinghamshire.] A distress levied to the use of Mr Bullstrode, upon certain corn in the farm grounds of Shardylowse in the parish of Agmondesham. Asserting that long before the execution took place, the said Henry Cheney, the elder, had assigned to his son, Henry Cheney, the younger, his lease of the said farm, with all the corn, cattle and stock thereon.
