Whether the brewhouse near the dock called the Hartes Horne, is in the parish of St Botolph without Aldgate? Whether that part of the Thames between the said brewhouse and St Katherine's Mill, is in the parish of St Botolph without Aldgate, and the ward of Portsoken, or in the parish and liberty of St Katherine? The extent of the ground about the said dock, over which the water of the Thames used to ebb and flow. By whose authority it was filled up? Do the river and its banks belong to the crown? A lease made by the master of the hospital of St Katherine to the defendants, of the waste grounds belonging to the said hospital. An information of intrusion. London.
