A deed whereby Thomas, duke of Norfolk, conveyed, amongst other things, the manor of Washington, to Sir Thomas Cornewallys, kt, Sir Nicholas Lestrange, kt, and to others and to their heirs, to certain uses to himself for term of life, and afterwards to certain feoffees upon trust, during the lives of Philip, then earl of Surrey, Lord Thomas and Lord William Howard, sons to the said duke.
