Counties: Beds, Bucks, Cambs, Hunts, Norf, Suff Justices, Gaols, Nature: Robert de Thorp; Bedford, Dunstable; Aylesbury; Cambridge castle and town; Huntingdonshire and Huntingdon; Eye, St Edmunds; Lynn, Norwich castle and town; Great Yarmouth; Roll.

mm or rots: 33 Just. Itin. 3/215/2 and 216/1 are the files of both roll 136 and 139. Deliveries for the same gaols in 1252-4 are divided arbitrarily between 136 and 139; in a few cases enrolment of a particular delivery is begun in one roll and continued in the other. in addition to deliveries under normal commissions, both rolls contain deliveries (on the same dates as the normal deliveries) by Thorp and one or more colleagues under commissioners of the peace, mostly dated 15 March 1351 (in C.P.R. 1350-4, 86-89) and chiefly for 1352 to 1355.
