Description

Settlement in Western Australia: Latour v. Attorney-General: to encourage the formation of settlements or plantations on the Western Coast of Australia. In 1828 a Bill was brought in under which those emigrating to that country would receive grants of land. A copy of the terms promulgated by the Colonial Office to settlers at Swan River in 1828 is appended
