Indenture of demise by Nicholas Neuton, son and heir of John Neuton, knight, and John Broke, serjeant-at-law, his feoffee, to John and Richard, sons of John Stock and of Joan his wife, for their life and the life of the longer liver, of the reversion of a messuage in Shepehame after the deaths of the said John the father and Joan; rent, 13s. 4d, for all service save the service of the King and the Church and suit twice a year at their court of Shepehame; power to resume possession of the messuage if abandoned or alienated for more than a year without leave. 14 January, 7 Henry VIII.
