Indenture, being the award of Richard Harbert and John ap Gwillym, of Falley, arbitrators between Edward and Ralph Maynston, both of Byrnythene in Irchynfeld, gentlemen, sons of Roger Maynston, deceased. Edward to have all his father's lands free of all encumbrances charged on them by Ralph, to whom he is to pay 20 marks. 22 October, 38 Henry VIII. English. Endorsed with names of witnesses.
