Description

Grant by Thomas Maraunt, citizen and weaver of [-], brother and heir of Marion, late the wife of Richard Molle and daughter of William Maraunt, to John Smyth of the parish of St Margaret, Suthwerke, brewer, of his tenement on 'le Banke' alias 'le Stewysside' in the same parish, between a lane called 'Maydenlayn' and the Thames, and of his large garden on the north side of Maydenlayn. 8 December, 3 Henry VIII. Endorsed with the names of witnesses.
