Description

Indenture, dated 5 October, 43 Elizabeth, witnessing that William Averell for 30l., being three years rent, paid him by Andrew Childe, of Lyttle Tottham, yeoman, accepts him as his tenant instead of Richard Childe, citizen and haberdasher of London, of a tenement and land called 'Windells' in the parish of Assheldam for three years of the unexpired portion of Richard Childe's lease. English. Paper. Signatures of Henry Averell and witnesses.
