Description

Bond by John Brereton, of Tharston, gentleman, to John Silver, of Norwich, gentleman, for 35l. 7 October, 33 Elizabeth. Signed by John Brereton and witnesses. Seal. Endorsed in English with condition for saving John Silver harmless against any claims of John Brereton, or of Henry or Alice Brereton, in respect of a close of 3a. meadow in Nether Erleham, between the river, etc. and abutting on the common.
