Grant by Philip de Aillesbirs, knight, to John Vyncent of Drayton and Alice his wife of a messuage, with croft, and 6½a. arable in Aldebury, formerly William le Warde's; to hold to them and the heirs of their bodies, rendering 3s. 2d. yearly and other services which his free tenants in the same manor do; with remainder in default of such issue to Reynold, John's brother, and the heirs of his body, with reversion in default to himself and his heirs. Sunday after the Translation of St Thomas the Martyr, 19 Edward II.
