Description

Quitclaim by Alice late the wife of Thomas Spenser of Newerk, 'fyscher,' to Sir John de Lyncoln, chaplain, of her right by dower or otherwise in a messuage in Appultongat street, Newerk, which he had by the gift of William son and heir of the said Thomas, saving to her for life the easement of a shop and a chamber built above, and of the curtilage adjoining, which Emma wife of the late John Schepard of Sutton by Bekyngham holds in dower, after the death of the said Emma. Friday after St Luke, 2 Richard II.
