Description

Grant by Thomas le Tw, chaplain, to John son of Nicholas Roket, chaplain, of a messuage in Copeneslone in the city of Chester, which he had by the gift of John de Bostok and William Saundur, executors of William Hap, between the land of the abbot and convent of Basingwerk and that of the nuns of Chester. Witnesses:—Richard Erneys, mayor of Cestre, Madoc de Capenhurst and Roger de Macclisfeld, sheriffs, and others (named).
