Conveyance by Richard, son of William Mallore, of Kirkebi, to the hospital of the Holy Trinity without Northampton, and the brethren there, of land in Kirkebi, viz. in Broefurlong part abutting on Smalthirnes, at Kantelowe, at Beccesiche, on Cotenpittes, and adjoining Torbrode; in exchange for land between Rodholm and Babbemor which Gervase de Sutton and others (named) held in pledge of the grantor for seven years from Michaelmas next after the election of H[ugh] de Welles to the bishopric of Lincoln, at the expiration of which term the brethren shall have the last named land, and the land hereby granted to them shall revert to Richard [c. 1210]. Witnesses:—Henry, son of Peter, Richard Gubiun, and others (named). [Leicestershire]
