Description

Indenture by which the commonalty of the town of Great Jernemuth, and the men of the towns of Little Yarmouth and Gorleston, submit their disputes as to the loading and unloading and entry of ships in the water and port of Yarmouth, to the arbitration of John, bishop of Winchester, Chancellor of the King, and others of the King's Council.
