Grant by William Hywys to Thomas, son of William Tregos, and Emeline, the grantor's sister, in free marriage, of all his messuages, lands, etc., in Treburgyhane, Fontenwoyri (?), Landesara, Hethe, Tremaba, and Trebros, with rents and services of tenants (named) holding messuages and lands in Pennans, Bodnel, Trewilmena, Brunboyth, Rosnannau, Tympellov, Treyer, Trewythelan, and Lanlo, and all his lands within the manor of Lyskyrrys. Witnesses:—Sir Richard de Cergeaux, knight, and others (named). Truro, Wednesday the vigil of St Matthew, 48 Edward III. [Cornwall]
