Agreement between John de Gouyz, son and heir of Henry do Gouyz, and Nicholas de Langelonde, by which the said John undertakes to appear before the King's Justices in Banc at Westminster in the quinzaine of Hilary, and there make acknowledgment of the right of the said Nicholas to lands, etc., in Brentemarreys, and to levy a fine in favour of the said Nicholas. And the said John enters into a bond for 40l. that he will carry out his said undertaking. And Ingram Berenger, the stakeholder of the said 40l., enters into a like bond with the said Nicholas.
