Kent, husbandman, of the site of his manor called Cudham Court, in Cudham, etc., together with three fields called 'Northden,' 'Southden,' and 'Mydelden,' and the Lorde's field, a croft called 'Wallanshyll,' a field called 'the Grete Meede,' with 'the Lytylmeede,' a field called 'Thornefeld,' etc., with the pasture in Cudham Frith; also land called 'the Buschy Close,' for 21 years from Michaelmas next. 3 December, 22 Henry VII.
