Buckingham, and the college there: (1) The house of St. James in the Field [in Westminster] and 185 1/2 acres of land in the neighbourhood of Charing Cross, Aye Hill, and Knightsbridge; certain meadows ('Temes Mede', 'Chelsey Mede', and a meadow at Fulham). (2) Manor of Baldwin (Baudewins) in (near) Dartford, and advowson of the church of Newington, lands in Luddenham; manor of Chattisham, and the advowson of the church there. (Grant to the college of (2) in exchange for (1)): Middlesex, Surrey, Kent, Suffolk
