Description

Short title: Elliot v Streater.

Plaintiffs: Richard Ellyott and John Ellyott husbandmen of Woodmancote, Sussex, Nicholas Wood yeoman of Henfield and Jane [Ellyott] his wife, and Jane Ellyott of Woodmancote, their mother and widow of Laurence Ellyott, lately deceased in July 1644, who was the brother of John Ellyot of Broadwater deceased.

Defendants: Richard Streater yeoman of Broadwater, Sussex, executor of the said John Ellyot of Broadwater.

Subject: concerning the will (24 November 1635) of John Ellyott of Broadwater.
