Subject: manor of Cockermouth in Dagnam [Dagenham] and Barking, Essex, conveyed together with advowson of Dagenham by Sir John Swinnerton to William Nutbrowne and George Nutbrowne, under special conditions respecting title to manor house of Stannawaye Hall [Stanway Hall] and moiety of manor of Much Stannawaye, Essex.
