Subject: To stay waste. A capital messuage called Hunsworth Hall, and divers other messuages and lands in Hunsworth, Yorkshire, and also the manor of Havercroft; all of which defendant Katherine holds for term of her life, with remainder to plaintiff and his heirs male, of the gift of said Sir Thomas Gargrave, plaintiff's father.
