Plaintiffs: Henry Graye.
Defendants: William Parlett and Francis Parlett.
Subject: Claim under a will. A swan mark called the Bound Coples [Couples] or Copled Sparres, which by the will of Thomas Gray, deceased, was devised to plaintiff and his heirs after the decease of Ralphe Gray, testator's uncle - The testator is described to be of Wisbech, in the Isle of Ely, Cambridgeshire, therefore the swan mark was probably in co (incomplete).
