Short title: Ayliph v Harrys.

Plaintiffs: John Ayliph.

Defendants: Arthur Harris and Edward Harris.

Subject: Deeds, evidences etc relating to marshes of Halliwell, Inncole, Small Porte, Twisleworth and relating to landsend Beckney, Essex, formerly parcel of the possessions of the priory of Halliwell near London, Middlesex, who granted to Richard Lord Rich, who leased to William Harris, father of defendants; also two other marshes in the island of Foulness, Essex (reciting the will of William Harris).
