Plaintiffs: Joseph Palmer and Anne Palmer his wife, Thomas Taylor and others.

Defendants: James Wallis, John Elgate, Nicholas Gilham, Anthony Bodiant, Elizabeth Peircy, Thomas Stanbridge, John Faulkner, Jonathan Wiggeran, William Stevens and others.
