Defendants: William Roswell, Richard Roswell and John Roswell, half brothers of plaintiff Thomas Roswell, John Hoskins, their brother-in-law, John Hipesley, gent, John Ferdinando Hipesley and Robert Hipesley his sons, William Hipesley of Ston Easton his uncle, Thomas Hipesley and Richard Hipesley, sons of the latter, Thomas Tawr alias Thomas Erley, and others.
Subject: Obtaining administration of the goods of the said John Roswell the father by a false affidavit, and forcible entry, damage and seizure of the same at Englishcombe.
