Description

Short title: Reade v Spicer.

Plaintiffs: Thomas Reade, esq of Barton-by-Abingdon, son and heir of Thomas Reade, son of Ann Reade.

Defendants: John Spicer son of William Spicer, and John Spicer and William Spicer his sons.

Subject: False claim to the manor of Beedon before the commission for quieting titles.

Berkshire.

Another action was also brought before the Exchequer, common law or equity side.
