Defendants: Captain Richard Best, Ursula Best, his wife, mother of the plaintiff Ursula Romney, William Freman, Richard Freman, Mary Freman, Robert Palmer, cashiered from a captaincy in Ireland, John Wilkes, James Stephens, gent, Robert Pratt, under-sheriff, Ralph Sheldon, esq, William Savage, JP, his nephew, and others.
Subject: Forcible ejection from a messuage and land in Blockley late of John Freeman, father of plaintiff Ursula Romney, assault, seizure of deeds and goods, refusal of assistance, and release of rioters without bail.
