Description

Short title: Rosse v Baylie.

Plaintiffs: Thomas Rosse, gent, escheator in Hereford.

Defendants: James Baylie and William Cater, gent, Thomas Towsey, and John Mayo.

Subject: Assault at Hereford in revenge for opposing the interests of Sir Thomas Cornwall kt, in an inquisition concerning the manors of Ivington and Kyre Wyard.

Herefordshire, Worcestershire.
