Plaintiffs: John Robertes, son of William Robertes, gent.
Defendants: Sir John Folliatt [Folliot] kt of Witley, in Worcester, Richard Chambers, his tenant, constable of Ashford, and Richard Barber, yeoman.
Subject: Action in the King's Bench on a bond for enjoyment of a lease of a messuage and land in Ashford Carbonel long since terminated, forcible ejection, false imprisonment of plaintiff John Robertes's mother, attachment of his servants, etc.
