Plaintiffs: Sir Thomas Richardson kt, serjeant at law.
Defendants: Nicholas Plunkett, gent, clerk in the court of King's Bench, Anne Plunkett, his wife, Clare Plunkett their daughter, John Nott, fortune teller, father of the said Anne Plunkett, Silvester Plunkett, apothecary, nephew of the said Nicholas Plunkett, and others.
Subject: Inducing plaintiff's son to sign a contract of marriage with the said Clare Plunkett under pretence that it was a bond, perjury in the Court of Arches, etc.
