Plaintiffs: Sir George Reynell kt, late husband of Elizabeth Reynell formerly the wife of Edward Tirrell, warden of the Fleet and keeper of Westminster Palace, and niece of Robert Bacon, esq.
Defendants: Robert Tirrell, son and heir of the said Edward Tirrell, William Veale, John Cooper, John Halls, Jasper Reader, John Montford, John Ruggle of Linton in Cambridge, locksmith, and others.
Subject: Assault on plaintiff Sir George Reynell's servants [at a different date] and hindrance to felling timber at Ashton, in contempt of the Court of Wards.
