Plaintiffs: Thomas Remington, yeoman, and Robert Remington his brother, churchwarden of Worksop.
Defendants: John Allen, clerk, John Chambers, John Jepson, Edward Dodson, John Whitehead, John Chambers, John Wombell, Henry Hynde, William Walker, and Godfrey Board.
Subject: Assault at Worksop in revenge for presentment before the spiritual court and High Commission, conspiracy to indict plaintiffs Thomas Remington and Robert Remington of barratry, cheating at cards and theft, perjury, arrest in the church of Worksop and tampering with a jury at the assizes.
