Plaintiffs: Sir Thomas Reresby kt of Thrybergh, and George Reresby his son, and heir apparent.
Defendants: Leonard Reresby, gent, executor of Ralph Revesby, uncle to the said Sir Thomas Revesby, Thomas Jobson, clerk, Edith Kaye, and others.
Subject: Destruction of houses and trees and seizure of goods at Ickles in Rotherham, occupied by the said Ralph Reresby by plaintiff Sir Thomas Reresby's permission, assault on their servants, poundbreach, etc.
