Plaintiffs: Arthur Rous, esq.
Defendants: William Bligh of Botathan [in South Petherwin], William Menwinnicke of Menwinnicke, [in Trewen] and William Roscarrocke, esq his brother-in-law, Lewis Menwinnicke, Diggory Pryour, John Chubbe, Diggory Phisicke, John Dynner, and others.
Subject: Packing a grand jury at Launceston procuring indictment of plaintiff Arthur Rous and others by perjury, for riot at the arrest of the said William Menwinnicke, driving cattle from lands at Menwinnicke occupied on an extent, fraudulent conveyance of the same, and seizure and destruction of corn at South Petherwin.
