Subject: Packing a grand jury at Launceston procuring indictment of plaintiff Arthur Rous and others by perjury, for riot at the arrest of the said William Menwinnicke, driving cattle from lands at Menwinnicke occupied on an extent, fraudulent conveyance of the same, and seizure and destruction of corn at South Petherwin.
