Plaintiffs: Thomas Parker, gent, and Mary Parker his wife, sister and heir of James Lyvesey, grandson of Richard Lyvesey.
Defendants: Sir Thomas Barton kt of Smithells, JP, John Livesey, gent of South Wickham, John Lucas, John Jenkinson, Ralph Wilson, and others.
Subject: Arrests on warrants of the peace without cause, depasturing the manor of Livesey, driving off cattle belonging to plaintiff Thomas Parker, attack on his barn, assaults on the said Mary Parker and others, etc.
