Description

Short title: Keable v Symondes.

Plaintiffs: Thomas Keable, vicar of Old Newton.

Defendants: William Symondes, servant and 'cater' to William Redman late bishop of Norwich, Alice Symondes his wife, Henry Sagon, Nicholas Garncham, John Stegold, John Sheepe, John Buntinge, and others.

Subject: Forcible entry into the vicarage of Old Newton under an order of deprivation condemned by the archbishop of Canterbury, destruction of fences, etc.

Suffolk.

Another action was also brought before the King's Bench, criminal or civil side.
